Adesh is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga instructor, and a certified Khalsa Way Prenatal instructor. She teaches yoga and meditation at Golden Bridge and Yoga West, and instructs numerous private clients.

Besides her ongoing Breath of Creativity workshops, Adesh gives talks and leads seminars to help students fulfill their highest potential. She is also developing her own DVD series. She has conducted Dream Machine classes (with co-creator Niedra Gabriel) to clarify and manifest the heart's desires.
